I believe most of the board members who follow the share prices more diligently will probably wait until the end to see which is the better deal. On the other hand, the old timers who have help CMED since forever will probably not even bother to tender which will leave more cash for the rest of us.

Probably not a good idea to wait until the last day though, since online dealers like TD Waterhouse will have their phone lines so jammed up that we might not be able to get through. Haven't we learned that from their systems crashing due to excessive volumes when the MJ stocks were so hot back in those dreamy days. LOL
