It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Using your logic I guess I will be paying a Toll on the Highway I take to work cause all I see on it are 50 Ton Trucks.....lol. You're an idoit Basher. Governments provide Infastructure, yes that means highways and roads to support the economy which produces Taxes for that same Government........thats how the circle works FOOL!
