Long Beach High Probability Area for Permanent Facilities

Long Beach High Probability Area for Permanent FacilitiesJust going through other maps I've made and posting a few for investor information.

Tinley indicated that their permanent facilities are approximately 16 miles south of downtown LA in the City of Long Beach.

So, if you create a 16 mile buffer around downtown LA, add the City of Long Beach boundary,  then the overlap of the two would be the area of Long Beach that is within 16 miles of downtown LA.

Keep in mind that downtown LA is a somewhat subjective location but if we assume that the variation from different sources is marginal, then the permanent facilities should be in the overlap area in the map or just outside of it.

Also, as I've mentioned earlier, Long Beach only  allows medical marijuana - verified on CAV3MAN's Cannabis Licenses Map:) - so Tinley must be assuming that Long Beach's regulations will be cleared and approved by the time the permanent facilities are ready (was estimated to be August of this year). Otherwise, the temporary facilities in Riverside County will have to continue producing until such time.

So there really isn't much need to deep dive there permanent facilities until Long Beach has sorted out their municipal regulations. Long Beach charges for their parcel data otherwise searching spatially for a 50,000 sqft parcel would be easy.

Anyway, enough babbling here is the map showing the high proability area:
