You will se the programmer job is listed at 90k to 105k + benefits.

The saleman one is 50k to 60k + commission + benefits.

I roughly rounded that up to 200k including benefits and other things you need to pay for your employees...

Those jobs are in california... Maybe thats why the salaries seems so big... I would assume they offer their job with salairies in the market... Cost of life most be over the top there...
