RE:RE:Valuation

RE:RE:ValuationKDI bought back by MPVD for $175million, has been as high as $300mil
MPVD 50% of Gacho Kue valued at $540mil as high as $960mil
SWY 100% of project valued at $440mil as high as $850mil

NAR valued at $15mil as high as $30mil
SGF now DIAM valued at $66mil as high as $166mil

If I had to play the valuation game I would say PGD should be valued at least as high as KDI. A deposit that is not stand alone at all and will only ever be mill feed IMO; so low end $180mil or 0.40c/share today, right now before PEA update.

On the high side we should rival MPV/SWY of upwards of $500mil market cap for the deposit. How we get there is the main problem. There is no way to hostily take over this company, its impossible. No company can come in and steal this deposit from us. That is one of the reasons our share price is so low. The only way to buy into this project is to meet terms set by Eric/Robert/Tom directly. Nothing less. That also creates the fear of privatization. If Eric/Robert/Tom and a few others really wanted to they could go okay we are almost at a mine, we used a lot of other peoples money to get here lets just go it alone from here and give us some low ball buyout based on moving averages and take it private. Fund it using debt or I'm sure one of Roberts many contacts in the financing world and just rake in the money.

That doesnt come for free however. It gets you a ton of bad press and ruins your reputation of actually aiming to take care of your shareholders. IMO I dont see them doing that and I cant find examples of Robert doing that. He has always enriched people that have gone along for the ride with him, though it may take several more years from this point.

I have not sold a single share since I first opened a position, about 4 years ago now, and personally I will even considering selling any amount of my position below 0.50c/share. At 0.50c/share depending on the funding/time line I may consider at least taking my initial out though I firmly believe 0.50c/share at $220mil valuation is the minimum this project is worth TODAY as in before the PEA, before feasability, literally today IMO this company deserves to be worth $200mil+ IMO and compared to other Canadian diamond companies.
