RE:RE:RE:RE:this fight is all about one director...Toilette Plunger, we know where you stand, it is evidently clear. Your open ended questions, casting of doubt/fear and soft bashing doesn't fool anyone.

The company does need to come out with a proper news release with the lay of the land though. I've read the quarterly's, I don't understand how they can justify a $70 million market cap? Sure, there may very well be a lot of blue sky. I've seen a lot of agreements in new releases, but what has that actually translated into, in terms of cash? Have they received any payments for any of the agreements signed to date, if so, what are they? Don't get me wrong, I like Desmond, but things just don't add up.

can't confirm

This case is not going for Trial or Bullshit rumor going around here

I have seen this move in past as well

they will get rid of this director, kiss each other..and back to business

if you think, they will ruin their business because of one director...
go take shower with cold water....

CmoneyBmoney wrote: You are exactly right. Lets put it this way, we know Penny owns roughly 12% of the company, which is equal to 15,840,000 shares...

Penny's equity stake went from a high of $60,825,600

Now currently at $8,553,600...

As many inisders hold large amount of stock, this squabble will pass. Why? Because they all likely have much much more to lose than all of us.

My prediction is one more push down by the shorts in the first 15-30 minutes of trading tomorrow, and then, like always, we bounce.

Wether you believe in this company/management, or not, the chart is pretty clear. Every leg lower has been followed by a bounce back to the previous low, which in this case is around 0.95-1.04.

Short term we will at a minimum see a boucne to this level. To break out of this pattern, management will have to clear things up and give a crystal clear plan/strategy moving forward.

Just my opinion. If you dont believe me, look at the charts for yourself.
