RE:RE:RE:RE:Why?Notice that founders and management of Clara receive a % of EBITDA (earnings before deductions) for the next 10 years.

Ie they get a proportion of revenue not profit. That's nice work if you can get it!

If the platform does not perform exceedingly well it's coming straight out of our pockets.
