Secondly, do you have made any progress related to the Lilian Pay’ app. It was mentioned last time that beta version was in trial. Any updates on that side.
Response: Yes, the service is live and growing. It can be found on WeChat. The service is called Happy Transfer. We expand on a state-by-state basis. The service is currently available in 30 states. Thirdly, regarding to the recent announced private placement, do you receive any enough interest on it? Is there any chance of reprice PP lower in respect to the recent stock price action? At last, could you please let me know the approximated timeline of 4th quarter financial report?
Response: Yes, we have received interest in the recently announced private placement. We do not intend to reprice it lower. The 4th quarter financial report is due on May 1/18. ———-
