RE:Lydian is just an offshore company registered in Cyprus

RE:Lydian is just an offshore company registered in CyprusLYD is registered in Cyprus but this does not mean anything. Many good companies do it. I think the key problem is elsewhere and has nothing to do with Cyprus.

I think investors check LYD's valuation. For instance LYD's Price-to-Book Value is now 2 times although LYD is still an explorer with zero revenue, it's not a proven producer while cost overruns could also delay the completion of the mine.

I think the company has to become a producer to justify this premium. Just my two cents because valuation does matter.

Please see below the video, where during public discussions on the qeustion do you have any experience to do mining, the answer of representatives was no.
In case of need the link will be provided.

In addition, their mining project in Georgia is not functioning, moreover on 20 February 2017 the State Environmental Inspection called upon Tbilisi Court by lodging a claim against the Georgian subsidiary of 'Lydian International Company'. The Inspection claims that the company has violated Article 57/3 of the Administrative Code of Georgia by violating the terms of the license and not submitting any report on the reserves and a mining project. An administrative fine in the amount of 200-500 GEL is set for this violation.
