But selling the company outright, especially before the resource estimate, is playing games.  Someone has an agenda and that agenda doesn't line up with the shareholder's best interests.
 

Poriemon, you are misrepresenting the BoD here. From the latest operational news release, "This updated estimate is progressing well and is expected to be completed before the end of the first week of March 2018."

There is exactly zero chance a deal gets done before this expectation.

Ah well, with 5% of the holdings I have no idea how management plans to win the vote.  


This is the only point that matters in all of this, and the market is beginning to ignore him.
