And it's still growing. This could double or better, if adjacent targets pan out.

We may end up with two mining laws. The official draconian law, and separate agreements with various companies that are more lenient. For example, the law may only provide for a five year stability pact, yet this could be extended to ten years on a case by case basis. KAT is continuing to rise despite facing a far more rigorous tax scenario than IVN. From today's news, Freeport is not looking to exit Congo at bargain prices. And IVN is not slowing down in the slightest. They are maintaining forward momentum. Aside from IVN, market action is not reacting like the new mining law is an insurmountable obstacle. Either traders are completely wrong, which does happen occasionally, or the impasse will resolve in a mutually beneficial solution.
