Bought Deal

Bought DealI would be quite impressed if they were able to close the deal at 3.50.   Technically, as it is a Bought deal, the dealers/underwriters are the ones on the hook, and Abcann does have to the right to insist on the deal closing.  That said, I would expect they will either
a) renegotiate the terms (not significantly)
b) extend the deal closing and push the SP higher
c) talk to CBW about picking up a piece of the deal, as they had the option previously to do so at twice the current SP.

There is the outside chance they force the underwriters to follow through.   The debt portion won’t be an issue, but the shares will be.
