  • Conrad, you are urged and reminded by the highest echelons of our management to base your decisions with any investment on personal due diligence. While large shareholders assume to have extra rights over those with smaller positions, disclosure laws make no such notions or discriminations valid. Our position is thus one of complete compliance. We simply cannot provide to you information that would give you advance news or an unfair advantage over other shareholders. Unfortunately, many of your questions are veiled as such. We will continue to do everything in our power to be courteous and available to individual shareholders. However Conrad, we simply cannot answer some of your questions, not because we do not have the answers, rather we are unable to disclose these to you individually, as these must be disseminated publicly and, at a time when other relevant and associated factors to your explicit questions make releasing these specific details a logical ensemble and complete design of the entire structure that shareholders can grasp or comprehend. We do however understand that you are a technical investor and clearly fluent in the inner workings of subjects such as CubaFIN and Revolupay. We commend you for that knowledge but, on the same token, certain questions lead to other surmountable conclusions which invariably evoke the cloaked divulging of exact details of a commercial structure which cannot be disclosed in the manner you wish it be, especially to individual shareholders.
