Yes, the details are in the 2 documents, "open letter by Owen, and "AZX sets records straight..." on  22 Feb 2018.
- Owen said in general term, "in trust", but
- AZX lays out more details: "funds received through his personal legal counsel (top of page 2, 1st bullet), and approx $5M continues to be held by his personal counsel..."in the 5th bullet. Also, AZX said EO activities was not authorized by the BoD and EO did not tell propective investors this fact. This ("mis-represenation") would put EO in some kind of legal jeopardy, if prospective investors want to contest.
