Charles Holmes on Watch....

Charles Holmes on Watch....Mr. Holmes has had an itch trigger finger selling his shares of late. 99% of the time I have no problem with executives selling shares as they deserve to take profits more than anyone, however, Mr. Holmes has been actively selling since January and with selling occurring on 4 consecutive days during the week of Feb 12th. Not a good signal to the public markets when the former CEO/ Founder is dumping shares like this. I suspect his selling has continued the last week or so and will be watching insider sales transactions to see if his selling has continued. Considering the whole weed sector is getting decimated today and HEMP is holding up fairly steady, it is reasonable to assume that the 50% sell off we have seen over the last couple months is likely due primarily to the selling by the former CEO. He is either incompetently oblivious of his actions or selling for other spiteful reasons (ie: maybe he doesn't like having new CEO and Board members). My opinion. Will see what happens and will be watching closely....hard not too as I watch my sizeable investment in this company disappear.
