RE:RE:RE:Pump and Dump

RE:RE:RE:Pump and DumpTo answer Thomas's question about scamsters, etc.  What I do think is that these guys walked into a yard full of the pitbulls of Bay St and got eaten alive and sucked into some really bad deals and questionable advice.  I do beleive they also have a broken model and the numbers they were tossing around were not even close to realistic at the time.  I do beleive the stock is overvalued in a big way and my value as I've said all along is about .25 cents at best.  I am not a fan of a couple of guys involved in the company. I do beleive they overpromoted this thing with all their TV and radio ads and video productions... Etc.  Investors can decide for themselves whether they were scamsters and liars or not.

That all being said I did go back and read the press release abou the energy deal. In the fine print it says the tranches are priced at the higher of current price or FMV.  I had thought that it had said better price and thought that worked in favor of Bitcity.  It may actually mean a $1.80 minimum.  Still uncertain of that as it there more be more details on SEDR and I really don't have time right now to check or care. Those that do care may want to look into it.  My apologies if I'm wrong on that item. It really doesn't matter because in its current death spiral I doubt they will have  need for all that energy anyways because I don't think they'll have enought money to finance expansion.  A moot point in the end.

I been right on everything else though so Thomas you owe me an apology.  Over and out !
