No justification for the current share price?  How about a P/E of roughly 15.6 times as compared to an industry average of about 38 times and a 7.4% dividend yield that is amply covered by its CFFO.  I'm surprised it has taken this long to get to where it is.  Considering how solid the dividend is, I'd think this thing should be trading in the low $20's.
