As a shareholder in Chinook, I am dissatisfied with the quality of information  management sees fit to share with its investors. It is simply not acceptable.  To my mind, it is one of the  principal reasons for the lagging share price. Absent good information,  a share investment becomes simply a gamble and insiders have an unfair advantage over shareholders.  If all CKE peers and competitors can  keep their shareholders regularly informed on critical issues,  I see no reason for management at CKE not do the same.

As Chair of the company I urgently request you to investigate this issue. In doing so I suggest that you compare the quality and frequency information provided to shareholders of other gas producers. Peyto I believe sets the bench mark for this industry.

In the meantime it would appreciated if you could inform us on these important matters which, in my opinion,  should have been included in the January update.

1. What, if any, commitments has CKE secured for pipeline space for 2018 and beyond

2. What was the reason for the compressor station capital expenditure  being over budget by $3.8 million

3. What is the location and purpose of the section of pipeline acquired from a customer in the 3rd quarter of 2017

4. What was the bank balance at end 2017 and had there been any draw down on the loan at that date

I look forward to hearing from you.
