So I stopped at a WU today

So I stopped at a WU todayOne is next to one of my favourite LBCO.. needed some pop.. any way.. lol.. I asked to send some cash to a bud in Cuba... first thing they ask is if it’s a Cuban National, only people they can send to.. not to a business etc.. need complete details etc.. I guess point I am making is that they were only going to give approx 71.38 Pesos a CDN dollar plus handling fee of 8.00 and that there could be withholding on receiving end.. fees and if they will honour exchange rate... I have asked a bud who was just there and he was getting between 0.79 to 0.83 with no fees etc.. so WU is making approx or about 12% just on exchange.. another point is they can’t transfer to a business for payment/remittances...
