Just got off line with my Finacial Advisor.  He looked into the order filled today at .13 and the bidders that are "bottom heavy".  By looks of it there are substantial more people that were waiting for a drop to the .10 range with this NR it's unlikely.  Should take a few days she said for this to rally back up to .15-20
