RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Bad News PRB Investors, Why I Now Think Osisko is the OneNP,
I should have added Marban Block and Siscoe East along with Windfall to make it more precise. But, the main reason for OSK to stay out of this is beacause they are too busy with their own things, especially Windfall.
The number drills, exploration budget for Windfall and OSK short-term plan for this project, as shown in the Corp Presentation slide 19 (updated RE, PEA, Feasibility Study, Permitting, Construction 2019/20) just boggle the mind. I think OSK wants to make this Cdn Malartic 2.0.
There was a bidding war for Cdn Malartic 1.0, but due to bad blood with G, at that time, OSK sold it to AEM/YRI. This tidbit is a reminder of the personal relationship, which may play a crutial role at board room level when companies are making deals.

I'm not necessarily convinced that this arrangement, which you describe, will happen, but the commentary, from the latest MDA on OSK's Marban Block Properties and Siscoe East, supports your belief that OSK is focused more on its Windfall Property at the present moment.
Minimal exploration work has occurred on the (Marban Block) Project during the nine-month period ended September 30, 2017. However, subsequent to quarter-end the Corporation has contracted a drill company to begin a small drill campaign that commenced in October, 2017.
No exploration activity has occurred on the Siscoe East Project since its acquisition by the Corporation on March 11, 2016.
Outside of this lack of activity in 2017, it seems like OSK still considers the Marban Block Project an important part of their future.
