sole rightto production??? Isn't that what a PATENT is ---I understand BLO has that..NONE other can manufacture your PRODUCT without permission and/or Financial Compensation... The UNIT is now complete according to LATEST news and I 'assume' undergoing Market Testing...Production scenarios, ETC...So, a MARIJUANA BREATHALZAR world wide application ---NOT, just Canada.
