RE:Washing sharesI take it you're referring to the private placement. That's one of the oldest tricks in the book. Give the underwriter a lead order, makes them feel good if a co-counder's buying at the same level. It's just averaging up, has a very minimal effect on the cost of your position, when you have millions of shares at a half a cent.
