Question

Question Just looking for some clarification on the spinoff. If I buy shares today and everyone votes in a month to approve “FORK”. Do I get shares of the new company? Or did I need to buy bloc prior to March 1st to qualify for FORK shares and now essentially if I buy this company today...its going to lose (replace) half of its assets into FORK from bloc and I won’t get anything for it? Sorry if I didn’t explain properly but hopefully someone understood and can help.
