Reading between the lines

Seems to carry intent mentioning AMY got ground active materials from a European recycler. Seems these materials could be obtained in almost any country. I think this further hints at a relationship with Umicore or at least for now a friendly exchange in synergies. I believe Larry in a podcast did say he would be announcing the location of the pilot plant. Any guesses?
