RE:RE:WTFNot material news. Nothing is new but another box on the org charts. CNZ.V was already "International". It's like hiring Renmark, premature and poor allocation of resources.
Money spend on "branding and communications" that can be better spent elsewhere.
To my knowledge Canadian companies can aquire any companies in the world.
CNZ.V is already doing product development and research with international entities.

"The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary which, after the effective date of the company's name change, will carry on business under the company's previous name of Canadian Zeolite Corp."
This paragraph in the NR clearly states the intention. International Zeolite will be the parent company and currently they have two subsidiaries....Earth Innovations and Canadian Zeolite. The final paragraph of the NR states what they intend to do and in my opinion the last line of the NR is the most important.
"The company is focused on international scalability on its current zeolite product line as well as to introduce new products to the marketplace through research and development or acquisition."
