RE:RE:RE: CHEAP BLK - 46 cents - NEWS - ACQUISITION'The four month hold officially ends March 4 but, with the T+2 settlement date, a holder of those shares could legally sell into the market tommorrow with settlement on the 4th.'

My mistake. Since the 4th is Sunday, T+2 would make trades from the placement possible today for settlement Monday without being offside. This likely accounts for some of the elevated volume today, along with the announcement.
