RE:Hard not to be critical!Lots of valid concerned but I’m not that troubled by any of it. Lotus is probably correctly valued currently with very little promotion. As for the CBW deal, I don’t think it’s drastically changed. In the investor deck they state that CBW has completed the initial investment on 1 million of the total 12 million they plan to contribute. I’m guessing it’s based on lotus completing specific landmarks.  Why give 12 million right away when you need to see proof of success?  Safer bet for CBW and when lotus hits these landmarks it’s a win win.
