It makes sense especially for FCX to buy shares as any acceleration of the UZ development, is good for their main cause. This would be on the belief NSU has more than survived and won't be able to steal it anymore.
Lundin would buyout versus invest and both it and FCX would sell Bisha and consider it found money.
The third option is NSU gets another investor and then spins out Bisha to shareholders. Look, it will be worth more whatever the stock trades for than it gets valued now.
