Still no rebuttal from company.

Not sure whether I will wade back in today or not.

Share price turned from red to green with 28 cents up at the last closing minutes is an indication of the company fighting back, but can they keep on buying back like this way? The answer is probably not for long as this would cause a drainage of the company cash flow. My guess is this unit will be facing a bit of volatility til March 8.

They were planning on buying back their units for cancelation anyway. Can you pick a MORE CONVENIENT/CHEAPER TIME for them to do so???? Kills to birds with one stone. Brings the price back up to keep it attractive to the banks and they get the shorted units out of the market. The NCIB is what may have been the final step needed to instigate the Short attack???

It would really be interesting to find out WHO the anonymous shorters were. With today's tech it really can't be that difficult. What nags at me is, how close the ball will fall to HOME.

I don't know who those anonymous shorters mightbe, but the timing of the NCIB announcement seemed suspicous all along ! Did someone in Crius knew about this short attack ? Who knows! I'm just enjoying the outcome to this one.
