RE:Buyer or Seller ...Yup I put majority of my cash in this anytime I can versus the bank. Its all about knowing what you own. Id rather have it in this than going into massive debt and putting a down payment with the cash instead on a 1 million dollar 1 bedroom condo in vancouver in an inflated market. Not rocket science. Just gotta know what you are buying
