Not sure why the potential isn't reflected. I think because much of it might seem like a "pipe dream" to many" (ie. the 3 million square foot facility). But similar stocks such as MYM is trading in the dollars, and you'd think this one would be too. Either that, or MYM is trading too high.
I still believe because when the marijuana stocks jumped to enormous highs in November and December, this stock was halted during that time and therefore didn't have a chance to catch up with the others.
I think either this is undervalued, or the whole sector is overvalued. but with so many weed stocks trading in the dollars, I think this one should eventually too.
