Permitting clarification

Permitting clarificationJust to clarify the current state of permits.

PGD can trench CH-6 in its proposed location.

The current NWB permit allows for trench work on CH6, CH7 and CH44. These are the 3 pipes that they did the overburden definition drilling on. The other pipes haven't had that done yet.

PGD needs to notify the NWB 90 days in advance of the exact location of the trench.
They did this on November 21st, 2017. NWB has acknowledged receipt of this, but has not given any formal indication that everything is a-okay. We are on day 95 or so. It is a bit confusing because last year with the CH-6 notification..it was included in a physical amendment to use a different water source...so NWB did post a positive outcome on the amendment. This year, it isn't really an amendment. Just a notification...so I don't know if NWB is supposed to file an okay on this...or if they, themselves are confused by the process.

On the overall NWB permit. The original 5 year plus extensions are complete in June 1st, 2018 and NWB will no longer grant another extension and wants PGD to submit for a new 5 year permit. PGD has submitted for renewal of the NWB as of January 29th, 2018. NWB has opened up a comment period to the public that runs until March 21st, 2018. This is for a strict renewal (no changes to the current permit).

PGD has a land permit (permit to work on the land) that expires in the summer as well. That was submitted to the Land Permit organization on January 5th. No new information has been distributed.

No news on the Claim to survey to Mining lease either. Once PGD submits the legal survey, the Mine Recorders makes it available for 21 days. Once that occurs, they give 30 days for any one to file any complaints against it. Once that it is done it goes from the land survey to the Mining lease people and that timeline is not stipulated anywhere.

I suspect we will only hear about DMS permits once the straight up renewals are complete and they can work on amendments.

LONG...PGD
