The new Disaggregated Commitment of Traders (COT) Report is out. Here's the link:

And we see the activity on the COMEX in Silver how the Swap Dealers (who are normally short) have a long position of 22042 contracts. Last week they were long 18341 contracts.
This represents notional (paper) 110,210,000 troy ounces (22,042 contracts x 5,000 oz/contract = approx 9.07% of world production for one year). As you look at Silver's up/down price swings on the 3 year chart, then compare that to the COT; you would think the price of Silver is at/near bottom.
I'm betting on it.
Manipulation ends sooner or later.
