RE:What is the breakup fee if APH dumps NUU?Damn you're dumb. I'm looking at what you posted on NUU board and it's absolutely garbage. Only fools would read your content and start to panic, but I guess you picked the right platform (Stockhouse is full of fools). NUU never traded at 0.80, but the shell company did, so congratulations on that massive hiccup you made.
There were pictures taken in Greece a week ago with Nuuvera members speaking about Aphria. They are already working closely together despite the deal not being finalized.
Seeing that you were invested in CMED in the first place let's me know you're not too savvy. Investing in a company with a 12 year headstart compared to anyone else in the sector and have proven nothing to be a massive failure? You must be a door-to-door salesman's wet dream.

Now that the whole ACB/CMED/HIP takeover deep research is done and sealed, I plan to spend some time on the APH/NUU merger. I was in deep research over there and plan to do some deep research here.
Sorry for the naive question but I'm just getting up to speed on this expensive NUU acquisition before I get too excited with APH again.
1. What is the break up fee since the markets really did not think APH got value here. The stock lost half its value in weeks.
2. What does NUU really buy us?
I can see the incredible deal ACB got with CMED, I just can't see what APH gets that's anything but expensive with NUU?
Since ACB is a "growth by acquistition" hostile take over player, what prevents it from taking over more "rec ready" APH since APH is just $2B in market cap with its depressed prices today? And please, keep in mind I'm from CMED, not ACB. But I do agree ACB is very market savvy. They deal and footwork they did on the CMED takeover is pretty impressive.
