RE:RoyaltyHi Jmm1228
Mr Hinse probably bought the NSR at a time when Abcourt didn't have enough money to buy the NSR and survive and continue to drill on different properties to keep holding the right to those properties.
Now he is the owner of the NSR and has managed to increase the value of the NSR (probably to
$10m ) and in the mean time has reinvested his proceeds back into Abcourt by participating in
new financing.
Why would he be stupid enough to give back to Abcourt and if sold back the NSR to Abcourt would increase the dept to a point where Abcourt could not borrow in the future.
On this board we should stop complaining as to what has appened in the past and start looking
at what will happen in the future.
Elder will be profitable .
Sleeping Giant is advancing to production.
We probably are close to have a plan for developping Discovery and Flordin.
The drilling done on Vendome will add 25% value to Abcourt Barvue project.
The financial statement coming out now and in the future will add much confidence to future institutionnal investors.
All this was accomplished by an (old man ,your words) a man that probably had a dream to
build a profitable mining company . This dream is probably keeping him alive .
He has every incentive to doing so as soon as possible.
We should all be buying the future of this company and advertising it instead of complaining.
Sorry for saying what i am thinking and the frustation that it will cause to some of you.
