On the other hand, they have invested a large amount of their own money to make this company successful.  So if I Invest $50000 on start-up and I take out $2000 instead of $1500 should I really be criticized???

Defaulted payment is a concern but if something is being worked then there is a finality to it.  What you should be concerned with is directors on other companies that get paid money from PP and do nothing to advance that project year after year.  At least GLK is increasing revenue and advancing their business plan.
