NuLegacy Gold Corporation is a Canada-based exploration company focused on exploring for high-grade Carlin-style gold deposits on its premier 108 sq. km (42 sq. mile) district scale Red Hill property. The Red Hill is on trend/adjacent to three of Nevada Gold Mines' Carlin-type gold mines; the Pipeline, Cortez, and GoldrushII. Its Red Hill Property is located in the Cortez Gold Trend of north-central Nevada, United States (US). The Red Hill Property encompasses a total of 1,363 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 108 square kilometers (km2), of which 881 mining claims totaling approximately 68 km2 are owned, subject to certain underlying royalties, 100% by NuLegacy Gold Corporation and 482 claims comprising approximately 40 km2 are 100% controlled by NuLegacy pursuant to the Idaho Lease. Its Rift Anticline drill target (approximately 10 km2 within the 108 sq. km Red Hill property) has favorable Carlin-type gold system geology located within Nevada's Cortez gold complex.

As in the video, James told me Ed Cope is an active Director, who often joins him at conferences. He is a expert cheerleader.

Speaking of small nuggets, you may know, but the video mentions Roger Steininger as a founding Director. In addition to the other 3 Directors with Barrick ties, Steininger is credited with discovery of South Pipeline nearby, which was acquired by Barrick. Although he is not preparing the 43-101, he will most likely sign off on it.

Four of six Directors: Steininger, Cope, Hill and Davidson have ties to Barrick. Along with Albert Matter, Jim Anderson and other "Principals" they collectively control 49 million shares or 16.6%, a little more than Oceana, with 16.2%.

Steininger owns 2,166,666
Davidson owns 1,294,000

Obviously there are more "Principals" in the 49 million shares. It is possible that much of the difference lies in incentive stock options and warrants controlled, but not yet exercized.  I don't know.

CFO Danny Lee, would probably in the total, and maybe other employees. CFO Lee only joined in the past several years. I doubt he owns more than Albert Matter or James Anderson. Immediate Family may also be included, but my guess is the difference is in unexercized options & warrants. So Principals collectively represent the most shares. If they buy on the open market, they'd have a ton of explaining should they want to sell. Any thing they buy, they may as well buy through options or warrants. While not lower than current market prices, they have a look back feature allowing exercize if they are immediately profitable.

Barely two months in, we're seeing increased promotional activity in 2018. It includes:
  • 3 Press releases, including drill recap, drill plans, and forthcoming 43-101.
  • 4 Chairman's Chat's, with one about the new website.
  • A new website
  • A Caesar's writeup
  • An email invite to last week's conference
  • A video interview at last week's conference
  • A CEO interview aimed at this Stockhouse Board.
