RE:Carboniteit may well have to do with pulling in $61 million in revenue. I didn't look at their financials all that carefully but you are comparing apples and oranges at this point. $61 million for one quarter and this one I don't think will pull in nearly as much especially at this point. Now if you want to pay $28.64/share vs a struggling .12 you go right ahead and do so. This can be a good stock depending on whether the vpn is the game changer management believes it to be. As to what the share value will be is anyone's guess.

But yeah, the bottom line is what it will all come down to in the end and given that this company is debt free and putting monies into the bank every month is an excellent step towards strong share growth and value.
