Rolling 10% options and consolidationJust got the Gravitas AGM circular. Among the usual elements (directors' electon, auditors, etc, they propose a 10% rolling stock option enabling beneficiaries to maintain their advantage despite how many shares they issue - they will never feel the impact of ongoing dilution through share offerings. Further, they want to be able to consolidate shares. So, they can simply issue shares and periodically consolidate without any disadvantage to options holders. Sweet deal not available to regular share holders, I say vote NO for both. That is what I am doing. Let's see if management can make a real business out of this thing instead of a trough for them and for their pals.
