The more time that passes with the warrant out of the money (in this case SP below 1.75) the less valuable the warrant becomes, as there is less and less time for the SP to rise. If it doesn't reach this price by Feb 2020 the warrant will expire worthless, as nobody wants the option to purchase at 1.75 when they can buy on the market for less. Given the questions that you are asking, i would stay away from purchasing warrants. The stock is already volatile enough, and the warrant prices will be even more volatile. If you really want to invest in this stock sector, i would stick to purchasing shares outright. Obviously, this is my opinion and does not constitute investment advice.
