The Oversubscribed Private placement......was good enough news for me... for now. The fact is that a small group of private investors have enough confidence that AMY will make them a good ROI so they gobbled up all the shares (including warrant options) that were offered up, and wanted more but there weren’t any left, hence the oversubscribed part.
AMI is now cashed up ready to continue the lab work needed for developing the additional I.P. and file for patents, AND build a pilot plant. They are going to recycle the other half of the battery that no one else is talking about yet, the expensive battery grade graphite anode. They aren’t blowing smoke or they wouldn’t have been INVITED to the conferences starting with the NAATBATT in Michigan in 2016 The Morroco Cobalt Conference in 2017, the ICBR (International Congress for Battery Recycling) in Lisbon September 2017 and more recently the inaugural, (Bloomberg hosted) Future of Mobility Conference in Silicon Frickin Valley, California 2018. If something wasn’t adding up or looking right with AMI, I would trust that a billion dollar Korean Battery company (Samsung SDI) would have seen it before naming AMI over any other institute around the world attempting the same battery recycling feats. They must have been very well received in all the right circles around the world to make it all the way to Silicon Valley by invitation.
AMI could very well be in a Battery recycling patent race, and even though their pockets may not be as deep as the others, their IP seems to be in the lead
(and don’t forget they still own a Manganese property right next door to Elon’s Gigafactory)
These are my options, do your own DD
