post mortem I bought a bunch of this stock a while back and forgot. Has it delisted?
Can anyone please tell me what happened to it?
By my information gathering on this board the company RTO's into a pink shell. They used boiler rooms and blasts etc to fund the company by selling stock and putting it back in (but did they put it back in?). Was this a fully registered audited pink or were they able to print 100 million extra shares and not report that? In the end...did this delist an RTO into another company and a 1000-1 role? What happened? Any theories and comments are appreciated
