Hey Salmann:

1) Yes, you can buy and sell warrant any time before its expiry date like you do for stocks. Warrant price changes with time (like stocks) relative to the stock price against the warrant excercise price as well as length of time remaining until the warrant expires

2) If the price of the stock does not reach or go over the exercise price, warrant will expire worthless, and if you are still holding it, you will loose all your money. In this case the warrant price will approach to zero as the expiry date closes near.
