RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:News
RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NewsI agree, I think it's much more likely the market is always wrong. If it wasn't there'd be no opportunity to make money. Most investors are sheep and are simply following the DOW bubble to its inevitable conclusion. There'll be plenty of tears when that bubble bursts. In my mind there's no safer place to be at the moment that in silver and gold bullion/stocks.
There's little doubt Levon is undervalued - possibly even greatly undervalued - and everybody on here knows that. Unfortunately the broader market doesn't and unless management gets the message out there then it will most likely stay undervalued. I was attracted to Levon a couple of years back when I saw a small ad on Stockhouse. They no longer appear and I think that's a pity. With the silver price languishing and management maybe not the most dynamic, the SP is probably going nowhere fast if you don't get the name known to potential investors and really drill home the company's strengths.
A press release such as yesterday's would probably have given the SP a healthy nudge north even a year ago, but many investors have probably ditched Levon in the meantime and moved their funds elsewhere. Not all investors have the patience of the gods.
I'm sure the SP will rocket hugely as and when we get silver at $25 as will the SP of all silver plays, but don't hold your breath we're going to get there any time soon. The price is still struggling in the 16s and will need a broader market crash to move it to $25. Of course, that may well happen later this year or next year as the DOW is now showing signs of being overstretched. In the meantime a little more promotion by the company wouldn't hurt. Perhaps even one or two euphoric quotes in press releases to show that management is delighted with results. Or engaging the services of a PR team to write more interesting, better structured press releases that show off the company's strengths and lead investors to the real story and not just the facts. Also contacting a few newsletters to promote the company to their subscribers wouldn't hurt either.
Perhaps even a change of name to Levon Silver might help get it spotted by potential investors.
