RE:RE:RE:RE:West Bear Cobalt-Nickel-An Open-Pit Amenable High Grade Co..Not sure if they would sign at $ 70/LB out to 2028, would they ? I would actually try to push that price out to 2030 just to round it up. 

If all of the pundits you read about are correct and I believe a lot of them are correct - we are going to blow past the 2005 - 2007 pricing spike situation. Meaning at that time, long term hit around a price of $ 95/LB.

My opinion is they would not sign at $ 70 with all that in mind but I might be wrong. If I am CCJ, I would not take the $ 70/LB for 10 years and leave money on the table. With the looming situation. I would counter at $ 91.45/LB  for 10 years.......
