Maybe try looking it the other way around: a similar biz to Pioneer sells itself for 2.4M. So maybe Pioneer is worth 2.4M ?

In any event dont fret when on an upcoming quarter UAV discloses having bought 75 or 100K worth of assets for 2.4M and discloses it as an impairment loss above 2M recording the difference betwen price paid and assets actual value as goodwill  like they just did with the Pioneer adquisition
