RE:RE:RE:Fwiw.........I hope I'm not nosing in but always look at the cash value of the trade. In this case 5000 shares is $475. Do you pay a commission to buy or sell $475 worth of stock? Brokers are allowed these trades to clear small lots at end or beginning of trading day commonly known as the oddlot rule. It is very effective in triggering Stoplosses set by unwary retail investors. Example given a morning $475 crosstrade at open or close at .085 triggers $85000 share sale at.085 of a stock that closes today $8500 higher. On the Venture the oddlot rule is flagrantly abused to manipulate stocks down for accumulation purposes by rogue brokers to accumulate for dark pools and larger mining companies.
