I talked to David on the phone today about Cali. He said they're currently already producing enough in Cali so that combined with the brand aquisitions they might not even need their Sacramento facility. He said If they do end up selling it they would make decent profit as they bought before legalization. The brands they do buy they'll be throwing on "Powered by FLi" or something like that so they can grow their primary brand by creating awareness that way also.
