Visualizing the Drill Programs at Orenada by Section

Visualizing the Drill Programs at Orenada by SectionHey all,

So, for this update, I aggregated the previous drill holes by section. Since early 2017, the AZX geologists have provided section labels for each cross-sectional look of these higher-grade deposits. A criticism of my previous focus on such a detailed granularity could be that two drill holes with "good" results could be going after the same target.

However, it's still good news that the resource is being hit multiple times at different angles and depths. This increases the confidence of the resource size and grade. By aggregating these results by section, I hope we can gain a better understanding of the deposit in Zone 4.

IMO, this view backs up my previous analysis that shows the best results are across a 400m stretch from the end of the open pit to the eastern end of the 2009 RE estimate. Based on my back-of-the-envelope calculations, I think most of the ounces in the upcoming RE could be in this area alone... mostly depending on the specific continuity, width, and depth used in this higher-grading area. (Thoughts by GH and LRG would be appreciated here.)

With such a strong concentration of the high-grade resource in this small area, then I must believe this will help the economics and risk of the open-pit project. It seems like an easy place to extract material, while a company may then choose to continue exploring further west or at deeper levels.
